This course is a general overview of ethics and is comprised of 3 sections: 

•  Ethics Overview including some ethical examples 
• AICPA Principles and Rules of Conduct and some scenarios
  The AICPA’s Code of Professional Conduct which has been updated for all Official Releases through June 2007 on its website as of March 2010. This course covers the AICPA’s Principles and Rules which are the two sections that comprise the Code of Professional Conduct.
• Joint Ethics Enforcement Program.
  JEEP is a joint AICPA and state CPA society program for ethics enforcement.  JEEP allows the AICPA and state CPA societies to conduct a single investigation of potential disciplinary matters.

Principles and Rules is very similar to the Professional Ethics Code of Conduct
(EMCAICPA) so it is not recommended that you take this course if you have
already taken that course this year.
