Our courses are designed to follow NASBA and AICPA guidelines as well as those of most states. We follow the Statement on Standards for CPE. State Boards of Accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses and it is recommended that you review your state’s guidelines. - A study/review guide is considered an integral part of the course and is offered free with the purchase of each course. It is also a way to provide interactive feedback as required by NASBA and several states. It tests for understanding and provides evaluated feedback to incorrectly and correctly answered questions.

General Info:
- CPE credit hours are based upon the guidelines of NASBA, AICPA, CFP and the IRS of 1 credit for every 50 minutes. Credits may occasionally vary by state so it is recommended that you review your particular state’s guidelines.
- Course level and prerequisites for each course are clearly listed. Courses are assumed to be a basic level unless otherwise noted. Courses are assumed to be interactive unless noted otherwise.
- You have twelve (12) months from the purchase date to complete your exam. Grading is free. Passing grade on the exam is 70% or higher.You can retake the exam as many times as you like.
