General CPE Info:

CPE credit hours are based upon the guidelines of NASBA, AICPA and the IRS of 1 credit for every 50 minutes.

Credits can be rounded down to the nearest whole or half-hour increment. Credits may occasionally vary by state so it is recommended that you review your particular state’s guidelines.

Course level and prerequisites for each course are clearly listed. Courses are assumed to be a basic level unless otherwise noted.

Self-study courses are assumed to be interactive unless noted otherwise.

You have twelve (12) months from the purchase date to complete your exam. Grading is free.

Passing grade on most the exam is 70% (exceptions are noted).

Certificates
- Certificates are automatically generated however they sometimes end up in spam folders.
- To reprint your certificate: Go to (My Courses) and click on the minus sign to the left of the course and you will see the certificates that you have earned in that course. You can then click on the "View" link to open the PDF on your computer and then print it.
Student ID
When you purchase a course, you are asked to create a user id and password of your choice. That user id and password will allow back into the course at any time. To access course materials or the online exam, click on the Student Login icon at the top of the page. This Student Login icon can be found at the top of every page in cpaselfstudy.com.
