Tek-Tips is a great forum for browsing around or posting a specific questions. They have forums for Excel and other Microsoft applications as well as VBA and others. This site tends to be used by more technical people comfortable with VBA. To post a question, you need to join - it is free.

Jaxworks is an interesting site. It is geared toward small businesses and offers an array of free spreadsheets and other good stuff.  It  offers a suite of Free Excel workbooks and spreadsheets, and associated MS Word, PDF and HTML documents, that cover a number of financial, accounting and sales functions at all skill levels.
