This SumIF article which was published in the Missouri Society of CPAs "The Asset" in May 08.  If you are not familiar with this function take a look. Essentially you are automatically summing data if it meets the criteria specified. If you are currently doing an IF statement, copying it down a column and then adding up that column then this function is for you.

Interactive or dynamic charts are exciting. Create the chart once and as you add more rows of data to your spreadsheet, the chart will automatically redraw itself! Check out my article from the Journal of Accountancy on Interactive Charts.
